The following terms and conditions apply to use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through this website. The terms we & us refer to the company, Scrappy Avenue, and the terms you & your refer to the customer/consumer.
- $10.00 USD minimum purchase required.
- Orders must be prepaid via credit or debit card and/or Paypal transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- Submitting payment during the checkout process will serve as your signature authorizing Scrappy Avenue to charge your credit/debit card for the total amount purchased, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping & handling charges.
- If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 14 days of purchase date for a refund of the item purchase price. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to scrappyavenue@scicable.com. When emailing us about your order, please place your order number in the subject heading. Please be advised that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Orders are shipped via USPS. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. To further protect your package, we offer shipping insurance through the USPS for an additional fee.
- We reserve the right to change terms, conditions and pricing without notice. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase is final - no credits and/or adjustments will be made if pricing changes after you submitted your order.
- Information on this website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information including product pricing and availablitiy may be changed or updated without notice.
- All brand names and product names appearing on this website are trademarks of their respective holders. This website may contain proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

International Orders
- International orders must be paid for through PayPal.
- Please note that charges will be in USD (United States Dollar)
- International orders will only be processed if the billing and ship to address are the same and will only be shipped to your VERIFIED PayPal address so make sure they match before placing your order.
- Our shopping cart is only setup for US orders. When checking out, choose the International shipping option. This will not charge shipping fees right away, at this time you will submit payment for the products you ordered only. Then we will package your order, weigh it and send you a Paypal invoice for the actual shipping charges to ship your order. This is when you will submit payment for the shipping fees. Please note, your order will not ship until the shipping fee is paid.
- You are responsible for any customs fees for your country. Customs fees are not included in the shipping charge.
- By placing an international order with us, you agree to be billed for the shipping charges via Paypal.
