The following terms and conditions apply to use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through this website. The terms we & us refer to the company, Scrappy Avenue, and the terms you & your refer to the customer/consumer.
- No minimum purchase required.
- Orders must be prepaid via credit or debit card and/or Paypal transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- When submitting payment, accepting the terms and conditions during the checkout process will serve as your signature authorizing Scrappy Avenue to charge your credit/debit card for the total amount purchased, plus any applicable sales tax and shipping & handling charges.
- If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 14 days of purchase date for a refund of the item purchase price.
- Only merchandise that is returned in its original or sellable condition will be credited to your account.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If any of the items from your order are missing, broken, or damaged when your package arrives, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to orders@scrappyavenue.net. When emailing us about your order, please place your order number in the subject heading. Please be advised that we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Orders are shipped via USPS. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you, the customer, when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. To further protect your package, we offer shipping insurance through the USPS for an additional fee.
- We reserve the right to change terms, conditions and pricing without notice. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase is final - no credits and/or adjustments will be made if pricing changes after you submitted your order.
