A. Yes. All of the scrapbook paper and embellishments we use are acid and lignin free making them archival safe.
Q. How is my item shipped? TOP
A. We currently ship our orders via USPS mail.
Q. How do you ship my item to ensure it arrives in good condition? TOP
A. We take great care in packaging all of our orders. Paper orders are packed in a stay flat mailer to ensure there is no bending or crinkling. Combination orders of both paper and other supplies are shipped in sturdy boxes to allow for a safe arrival to you.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive? TOP
A. Once approved payment is received, your order will ship immediately. Depending on the method of shipment chosen will determine how long it will take for you to receive your order.
USPS First Class Mail (U.S. Orders Only) - Usually 2-9 days
USPS Parcel Post (U.S. Orders Only) - Ususally 2-9 days
USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Orders Only) - Usually 2-4 days
International Orders - Varies depending on what country - Email us with questions.

A. Paypal is a global online payment system. Paypal is a convenient, easy to use, and secure way for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online for goods and services. You can pay with a credit card or an electronic funds transfer using Paypal. You may sign up for a free Paypal account at www.paypal.com.
Q. I don't have a Paypal account. Can I still pay with a credit card? TOP
A. Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover in addition to Paypal payments.
Q. Who charges my credit card? TOP
A. Your credit card will be charged from Scrappy Avenue. The charge will be shown as our email address: scrappyavenue@scicable.com
Q. Do you accept international orders? TOP
- International orders must be paid for through PayPal. No credit cards accepted unless submitted through Paypal.
- Please note that charges will be in USD (United States Dollar)
- International orders will only be processed if the billing and ship to address are the same and will only be shipped to your VERIFIED PayPal address so make sure they match before placing your order.
- Our shopping cart is only setup for US orders. When checking out, choose the International shipping option. This will not charge shipping fees right away, at this time you will submit payment for the products you ordered only. Then we will package your order, weigh it and send you a Paypal invoice for the actual shipping charges to ship your order. This is when you will submit payment for the shipping fees. Please note, your order will not ship until the shipping fee is paid.
- You are responsible for any customs fees for your country. Customs fees are not included in the shipping charge.
- By placing an international order with us, you agree to be billed for the shipping charges via Paypal.
International Paypal Approved Countries
Q. I am an international customer. What forms of payment do you accept from other countries? TOP
A. We currently accept Paypal for international orders from Paypal approved countries. Please click the link below to view a list of payment options and countries accepted via Paypal. All of our prices are in USD. This means that if there is an exchange rate, the customer is responsible for all differences in currency.
Q. I ordered something and my invoice shows it's out of stock. How do I get refunded for the out of stock item? TOP
A. Occasionally, we run short of some items when processing orders. Although we do our best to avoid this, when it does occur this is how it is handled: If you pay with a credit card, we don't actually charge your card until we process your order. Your invoice will indicate any out of stock items and it will be noted that your credit card was not charged for those items out of stock. If you pay via Paypal, your payment will be processed as normal and any overpayment will be refunded to the Paypal account that was used to submit the original payment.
